How to access the Member Offer Rate

All of our coaching courses will be advertised at the RRP but if you are part of a Swim England affiliated club you can access our member offer rate. Our member offer rate is available on the following programmes:

• Swim England Assistant Coach 
• Swim England Coach

Unfortunately, the following programmes are excluded: 

• Swim England Senior Coach 
• Swim England Land Based Coach 
• Swim England Oper Water Swimming Coach

The member offer rate must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively. 

How to create a club account: 

To create a company account on our website, you need to complete the two steps listed below:

Step 1: Create an account on our website instituteofswimming.org

Step 2: Complete the company activation form

How to access the member offer rate:

In order to access the member offer rate your club will need to purchase voucher codes through the company account. For support on this please see our user guide at the bottom of this page. Your company account will have the necessary discounts applied but if any are missing please contact us on iosadmin@swimmin.org or 01509 640640. 

If the club are not able to access the company account an individual club member can still access the member offer rate. To this they will need to:

1.    Create a personal profile on instituteofswimming.org 

2.    Club member will need to contact the Institute of Swimming on iosadmin@swimming.org, ensuring they include the following information: 

• Club details – including Swim England number, Club Name and Region
• Identified course wishing to book on, including venue and start date 
• Confirmation of email used to set up personal account in Step 1

3.    The individual will then be issued with a voucher directly into their account, which must then be used to book onto the course and receive the member offer rate

4.    Club member can then make the payment in full by Debit / Credit card
